 - we accept visa, mastercard, american express, and discover through paypal.
 - you must have a paypal account to place an order with us at the current time.

why does the URL say CollegeKrap.com and not Vinalize.com?
- we started Collegekrap.com a few years back with the hopes of expanding. Vinalize.com has recently opened and we merged shopping carts to keep down costs.

how much does shipping cost?
 - shipping depends solely on the amount of items purchased, total weight of the package, where you are located, and what type of shipping is most convinient for you. during the checkout process you will be able to choose a shippng method which will tell you the total for shipping.  

how long will it take to receive my order?
 - we ship our products using ups, fedex, and united states postal service (usps).    
 

during checkout, all shipping options are zero. What next?
 - this could be one of two things. sometimes our system does not recognize places without zip codes. please contact us for correct shipping options. this could also happen if we are running a promotion for free shipping!

do you make the merchandise you sell?
 - for the most part, no. we buy our merchandise through companies who have license agreements who have the right to sell trademarked products.
 - we are currently trying to create some of our own license agreements.

i made a mistake in my order! Can I fix it?
 - email us as soon as the order is discovered wrong. we cannot guarantee that the order will be corrected because of very fast shipment.

what is our return policy?

is your online credit card payment processor secure?
 - at the current time we only accept paypal payments. paypal does not expose your credit card information to us. your sensitive financial information is securely stored on paypal's servers. your transaction is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available) through paypal.

i own a company that sells merchandise. can i sell my products on your site?
 - contact us and please include your name, phone number, website, type of product(s) you want to sell and we will get back to you as soon as possible! 

does your merchandise ever go on backorder?
 - we keep most of our products in stock. our webstore has all inventory tracked, but we do run into situations where our stock temporarily runs out. this does not happen often and if it does we will send you an email right away notifying you about the situation. we usually get the product back in our warehouse within a 5 business days.

how do we ship the skins?
Skins are shipped in a sturdy cardboard envelope to prevent damage to the product.

where do you ship from? 
we ship most of our products from a warehouse in Wisconsin. we do provide some drop shipments from California. all skins are printed, cut and shipped within the USA!

do you offer bulk discounts? 
since our products vary, we do offer discounts but at different percentages up to 60% off. Please email us and we will be happy to assist you with your bulk order. 

are the skins scratch resistant?
Our Skins are made of high quality 3M Vinyl that would protect your device from scratches. Each Skin is not resistent to scratches.
